I purchased a Dodge Ram from Gina Howard. It was nice to go to a dealer that has the pricing on the windows. She arraigned financing for me and had everything done in a short amount of time.

My family and I have purchased 2 vehicles from Howards Auto Sales. We have been happy with both vehicles so far. Everyone we worked with at both locations were nice and easy to deal with. I would recommend buying a car from Howards.

This place was very accommodating with my needs to purchase my vehicle. After the $7,500 purchase and driving off the lot I had nothing but problems, First was the window motor which they took the cost off of the final bill before finalizing everything, then the window switches followed by an alternator and battery, after 5 months and a few phone calls about having issues with the vehicle, I began to realize that I was being brushed aside possibly due to the "as is purchase". I asked for the inspection report from their mechanic so that I could see where I needed to focus on for repairs, apparently they don't keep track of that. I was offered to have it repaired at their cost and after asking what it would be, I got no response. Long story short... After

and as mentioned before the alternator, battery and window switches... I'm $4,500 deep in repairs and at the end of this month I will have had the car for 9 months. Had I known I was going to end up spending $12,000 in under a year.... I would have just bought a new one instead.... Next in line for this car is fixing the exhaust, right wheel bearing and the steering column.... THANKS HOWARDS!
