I’ve had service from this company a couple of times. Both times went above and beyond. Especially when they worked on an old iMac. However, their customer service needs improvement. The company price gouges on latest PC components such as Graphic Cards. They seem to justify price gouging by saying that “You get what you can get...”. And “MSRP is irrelevant..”. Pretty sure they were “reserving” the graphics cards for their friends at launch of the components. And now are not reserving graphics cards. The price gouging makes it seem they care about the sale then the customers.

Very smart group of people that know what they're doing!
