La BAkerie in Miramar and Lauderdale Lakes-my horrible experience

Haitians are a bunch of cretins when it comes to business etiquette. I called this morning for 5 dozens of patties! This is a favor for a death in the family where everything that could go wrong did! Needless to say, Miramar office was not very pleasant, but since Haitians always act like they are doing the favor for patronizing their business, I was super sweet even though she is talking to me as if I am her ST ANISE in Haiti. I am the customer and I didn't hear you correctly or misstate a fact, correct me gently! Anyway she must have taken note of super nice tone in my voice so she recommended I call a closer location in Lauderdale Lakes. This is where my critique comes in. The young lady who took my order was super nice but an old matron in the background started shouting about a credit card! When the old lady got on the phone I can almost see and taste the harshness in her voice! She said she need a major credit card. I said thanks and hung up! Then I called back because I figured ok I will pay you with my personal credit card to secure the order but when I pick up later, I will give you cash and you refund my card. Will you believe that the idiot said they don't do that! I said you don't do credit card refunds?? What happens if you need to correct a credit card transaction? She said they fix errors but this is not an error and once it goes to the bank that's it! While she is going on and on with her stupidity, I hung up and called another place instead! Trying to support Haitians is like pulling teeth! I have choices so I choose to give my money to someone who appreciates it! In their little simple minds, they are thinking oh well just one stupid customer but I intend to spread the word! They would rather sell one pate at a time and miss out on a guaranteed sale out of typical Haitian ignorance! By the way, I wrote this review because I got very bad service the last time I went there and again today! I said that's the Haitian way but no more! If we don't demand they do better they will never improve!

Well finally we have a good Haitian/French/American pastries, cake, bread in the neighborhood, I have discovered this place not too long ago, since then I don't go all the way in Miami. This is the place... If you have not yet tried their pastries/bread, etc... this is a must try, you will not regret it.

I really love their sugar cookies and chocolate chips ones. They are so fresh and tasty. Very friendly staff that is happy to help you.
