Dr Phone Fix

Great place!! I came in with a cracked screen on my iphone6, within 1 hour it was fixed. Dr Phone Fix went above and beyond my expectations. Armando was wonderful as well. A++++++ business.

Waste of time and money! Replaced glass on my phone and upcharged for "tempered" glass that was cracked in 4 days without even falling. 90 day warranty does not cover cracks or chips...funny thing is salesman banged his phone on edge of counter and claimed it was more durable...deceptive business!

Quoted incorrect price over the phone ($60), had to negotiate like a used car sales place to pay above market price when I got there ... they were asking for $120 to replace the surface glass of an s3 ... ended up paying $75 after the owner argued with me ... terrible service. Found out the mall kiosk near macys repairs the same phone for $40 ... just purchase the glass on ebay ... it will save you time, money and aggravation.

Beware of this company. They ruined my phone after 5 tries by 4 different repair reps. So now, not only is my new screen not flush with the bezel but they did not reconnect the speaker so that you can hear who you are talking to. I even personally bought a new bezel to help them to get the screen repaired correctly but they still could not accomplish a simple repair. Now I am stuck with a phone that worked perfectly before I left it with them but is useless now.

We have a buch of cell phones that keep getting broken at our business. I made a good deal with Tim to fix them all at once and he delivered with a fast service that was truly an amazing feat. I would like to say that this is a top rated company in my book!

Look at all the phone accessories and find the one you want. By the time your done, your phone is fixed! Simply put, that's my experience.

Not only was it the worst iPhone repair I've ever seen they also had the worst costumer service they would argue with me as if I didn't know what was wrong with my phone. They kept telling me to come back to get it repaired then after the 5th time they actually "fixed it" poor quality parts go somewhere else!
