Treo Looks Nice but if your looking to feel SAFE while at home. Forget about it no SECURITY GUARD at the front when you come in CALLED AND ASKED WAS TOLD TREO WILL NEVER have a security person at the gate WOW so much money to just have a fake gate built in the front and you would think with ALL THE homes robbed they would have security but your on your own at TREO! The Background checks are not nessary when their are 6 other people living in a TWO and Three bedroom Townhomes Cant wait to MOVE!!!! TREO is all about the MONEY NOT the SAFETY of the renters

Wow...I saw them recently...I thought they were beautful, glad to know this is going on, I am looking for a new place because this was happening at my community.

BEWARE...The townhomes are beautiful, but shortly after you move they break into your home. They refuse to re-enforce their security and their controlled access.

2 Much money for lack of security in the property.
