        Unprofessional

        After a highlight which left my hair yellow/ orange w/2 in roots and an uneven chopped up mess of my hair, the owner refused to refund my money and erased any negative feedback on her website and other business networking websites. Rude and unprofessional owner. I had it fixed by a much better salon.
