        Worst place to rent a boat in ...

        Worst place to rent a boat in the Minocqua area. I went in on a Thursday to reserve a rental boat for the next day . Told them I would be in late morning as I had a doctor's appointment. I arrived at mid morning to pick up my rental and found that they had rented the boat to someone else without any replacement option. They didn't offer any way to resolve this problem. The way I was treated tells me they most likely would do this again without even thinking about it. Bottom line is dollars here and not customer service.
