        Terrible experience

        I want to ulta and had a extension hair consult. I was priced at $500, I had to pay upfront for the hair and pay shopping.





        Tess up my extensions in wrong, then I went back and had to pay $15 to get them replaced. When I scheduled ny follow up appointment for the regluing in extensions back in she told me the charge was $50, and $15 for the glue.... My final bill after this third appointment was $300.



        I was furious. She did a terrible job putting extensions back in. Already 3 have fallen out and it's not even been a week.



        I will never go to ulta salons again. She clearly hasn't has experience with extension application ad charged me 4 times the amount for re applying them in for routine maîntence.



        They offered to give me 20% off a next salon visit. I will never give them my business again what a joke.
