American Family Insurance - Dean Burrington Agency, Inc.

Look elsewhere for your insurance! For the last 18 years I have maintained up to 15 policies at a time with American Family. I recently cancelled all of them, here is why. When the time came that I did have a claim, Not only was the adjuster less than honest, I received NO help from Dean and his staff. I have had to chase American Family to even get their reason for denial. I am now in the process of going to trial ( 2 years later), and enforcing a Bad Faith Insurance Statue in addition to trying to get my costs to repair my property. It should not have to be this way. I paid for coverage so where was it. A good agent would have helped in this case. You are better off going with the cheap insurance that has no customer service, because you will not get any from American family or Dean Burrington's Office!
