Absolutely horrible.....I don't even know where to begin. I hired JF to represent me in my divorce case. I was the petitioner. My ex-wife and I had little in way of assets and were in agreement on 95% of all issues. Knowing what I know now we simply should have signed an Marital Settlement Agreement in the first month of this process and went our separate ways. Of course JF would make less money if we did it that way. So the process was dragged out for 8 months or so. All the while billing, billing, billing. Billing is the one thing Fisher Law is good at. A 90 second phone call gets rounded up to 15 minutes and $60+ get billed. Send them and e-mail.....outrageous charges to simply read them. Toward the end I literally got no responses to my e-mails. I found out I was officially divorced from my ex wife. JF acts all concerned at first and tries to make you feel like she's your ally. But as soon as she gets the retainer you never here from her again. Almost all contact is handled by her paralegal, who seems to be borderline retarded. I guess my biggest complaint is that they run your balance down to ZERO, don't tell you, and then keep billing. Then out of the blue they send an e-mail saying that they need $1500 to keep working on your case and that they aren't going to do anything for you until they get paid. Never did I feel like anyone was advocating for me. It was all about going through the motions and waiting months to get to mediation......all the while billing for every question, phone call, e-mail. Toward then end e-mail went un answered and there was literally no contact. I found out weeks after the fact that I was officially divorced.....from my ex wife. There was actually a 3 month stretch in the middle of my case where I never spoke to JF ONCE! 3 months! That's representation? The icing on the cake: We finally got an MSA drawn up (by my wife's attorney). Fisher reviewed it and I was told it was acceptable and was given the green light to sign it. weeks later a problem with the wording in the "marital debt" section was noticed.....by ME. Fisher and Co. pretended that they could actually go back after I signed it and somehow amend it. By this time it was signed and on a judge's desk! They went through the motions of pretending they could fix their massive oversight.....for a while.....then I just never heard anything about the issue again. I never heard from Fisher Law again. They were just.....gone. Final kick to the groin: They billed me $200+ to go back and try to fix the mistake THEY MADE!!!
