Let me layout the situation. Sunday morning. Slides are out. Rv is cleaned and packed up, just have to pull in the slides. Guess what? Slides don’t retract. Ugh. Did I forget to mention it was a holiday weekend? So I trying calling all places fix my rv. No answers. Then I try Tom’s. No only did he answer, he walked us through a few scenarios to help us fix the problem. Oooooh, I forgot to tell you that we were in Minnesota and he’s in Florida. But he was still willing to try and trouble shoot the problem so we could go home. After several phones calls, he was able to help us get the slides in and on our way. Yes, we had to bring it in and have it serviced/fixed, but we got to go home. Tom was an absolute blessing. He is now a contact in my phone. Five star service all the way!

After the job was completed I got the bill that was made out by Toms Technition and I saw that there was a mistake because I felt I was being charged double for the work that was done, but 7:00 Am next morning I got a call from Tom apologizing that his tech made out the invoice wrong and I had been overcharged, he gave me the correct figure and that is what I had expected the job to cost, He could have left it the way it was but he was honest enough to admit there was a mistake and make it right, I would gladly do business with someone like Tom anyday, I highly recommend his company
