Don't give this company one hard earned penny. My experience was awful! Long story short I paid $100 deposit and never ended up getting a bus or my deposit back!

If you want your party bus for your bachelor/bachelorette party to be canceled 6 hours, yes 6 hours before it is due to arrive, this is the place to go. Terrible service, didn't refund my money until I contacted them twice to get it back after they canceled on me. Don't waste your time. Went to Exceptional Transportation instead, they were great!

Absolutely garbage company. Rented a bus for a 3 hour holiday light tour. The driver got lost twice taking us to 2 light displays. Then he drove back and forth along 494 for almost 2 hours before taking the long route back to our drop off well before our booked time ended. The bus also had half the lights broken, the seats were crammed in and very uncomfortable, and the shocks on the bus were so shot there was no hope of having any drink if you didn't have a top on it.



Trying to resolve the issue with their staff is a nightmare. Every time I called I was told I would have to speak with a manger, who was never there. I called several days over 2 weeks and not once was the phantom manager available.



So I had to stick to emails. I had to send 2-3 emails every time in order to get a response. If you have an issue their way of dealing with it is to A. blame you and B. ignore you. Their initial response was that it was MY fault for not planning stops for the tour. I had even called the day before our booking and was told the driver had a planned route, we didn't have to plan anything.



We finally came to an agreement on a 50% refund, which they never followed up on. After posting my first review, I suddenly got a response that they were planning to issue the refund but then saw my review so would only do it if I took it down. It was taken down and then they went silent yet again, no refund. This company is completely immoral and shady. I guarantee you will be better of elsewhere.

I rent a bus for my 21st. It was the wrong bus. The driver was a complete jerk. And the worst part. There was a broken window before we started the ride. And I was charged $300 for it. Even though we didn't do it. PLUS they charged my card with out even letting me know. Just rude owners, drivers. Just not how I wanted to celebrate my 21st

Driver was late and passed location multiple times, driver was inappropriate, the bus was supposed to be the white mini, the bus we got was not the one in the pictures online, it was pink. The bus driver told us if we had weed, go ahead and smoke it. He made sure to tell us the balance did not include his tip- RUDE. The driver was so busy watching us dance he missed the exit to take us home. When we did get back home, he made sure to tell my husband that he didn't get tipped enough, and for all he did for us he deserved more. The next day I received voicemail from the bus driver Duane K saying inappropriate things. My husband called to confront him and got threatened by Duane K. We immediately blocked his phone number and called ALEX at 952 LIMO BUS, he didn't seem to believe us saying that Duane K is a family man and has a wife and children. I was insulted and felt unsafe that a man like that had my phone number and other personal information. Alex talked to my husband who is a police officer, he said," I'll have to call you back." That was Saturday 4/26/14, we are still waiting on that call Alex. I would never use this bus company again, who knows the kind of people they hire, and they never answer their phones, never answer emails, always sound like they just woke up. Not professional at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Run far, far away!!



Renting through this company was the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Despite booking a specific bus two months ahead of time, with absolutely no forewarning they sent me the wrong, immensely inferior bus, a dump I would have NEVER rented. When I called the next day for an explanation the owner was rude and unapologetic, lecturing me on how much fun he determined I had? As if the customer managing to get past his colossal mistake excuses his incompetence... A truly bizarre and horrendous level of customer service. On top of this the guy over charged my credit card, and I had to file claim against the company to get it refunded. Yup.



Do not risk your event with these incompetent, unprofessional jokers. Seriously.

I was part of a wedding party that rented the Pink Party Bus for the wedding day. I forgot my cell phone on the bus (the bus has a speaker station with iPod and auxiliary hook up). Less than 24 hours later I had my phone back, which was great because my flight departed soon after.



I found the staff, particularly Alex (who I later learned appears to be the owner), to be extremely outgoing and helpful. You can assume most companies that are still in business will do the basics- get you to your destination in time and with minimal hassle- but the extra support and effort I received was unexpected and genuinely saved me.



Just for a heads up, after reading other reviews I'm nearly positive Krystal and Thom2954 were in the same group as both mention a female driver losing the keys. If what happened was as bad as it sounds, I'm surprised only 2 people wrote reviews because I'd be furious.



Judging by the reviews, this company had an issue with a particularly troublesome driver whom I'd hope was readily fired (if Alex ever reads this he can confirm or deny whether said driver was fired). My driver was a male named Brian and was a pretty cool guy who got us where we needed to be when we needed to be there, and this other driver appears to be female, but wasn't named... Although, I'd name names if a driver lost the freaking keys... cause... really? Thats pretty bad.

They have some nice specials on their website. I got a pretty good deal.

I rented the wild cherry party bus last month for my birthday and had an amazing time. The driver was very cool and the bus was awesome. The best part was that the girls loved it so that made my entire night ;)
