I was trying to sell my "old" car and it was a nightmare. Over 3 days, I placed no less than 10 calls to them, 5 today alone, just to get my car picked up. Last I heard, they were going to call to reschedule AGAIN!! Not happening. I am going somewhere else. It is not worth the trouble or the headache. It has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had trying to sell a car for salvage.

Would be good if you had a phone to call on saterdays web site says your open but phone number is not answering it says you are closed

I bought a engine from Johns for our work truck. I also paid the extra $200.00 for a warranty. The engine was installed, and burned oil like crazy, the rings were bad. Johns tried to blame it on me the installer. Any one who knows about engines, knows that rings are what causes SMOKE. $1,400 and Johns talks down to me, and does not warranty it. They are a rip off and should not be in bussiness.

They have fantastic inventory and prices that are great. I always no I can save money at John's and find what I need without having to order it.

These guys and gals, are the best in town. They helped me, a very car illiterate women, with explaining where and how to install my blower moter...successfully! I actually installed my own motor blower! They gave me confidence. I thank them for that confidence because it saved me tons of money that I don't have. So, capital THANK YOU! Your a bunch of wonderful, helpful, people and I love you for it!

Answered the phone after hours, wqs short and to the point, found answers to my questions, and took very little time.
