My experience with Circle K corporate and Holiday gas station on 8401 Lyndale Ave S, store #73 in Bloomington, Minnesota, that is managed by Katie who refused to cooperate, assist or apologize for the misfortune, but instead be defensive and attitudinal, after an incident took place at her store. November 2020 I purchased a car wash at Holiday store #73 in Bloomington. The attendant was there to guide me into the track and make sure I had it in neutral before beginning the wash. Once on the track “I took my eyes off the road” and played with my phone while the wash happened. When I looked up I was in the wax section of the wash, I felt the car shimmy and heard a scraping noise. FILED AN INCIDENT REPORT IN NOVEMBER 2020. Multiple emails, multiple calls, transfers and the run around until Paula Mason from Circle K Corporate contacted me via email and said she would be assisting my claim. I was told the incident needed to be investigated and she would follow up when finished. We are into Christmas at that point and I had emailed Paula Mason at Circle K Corporate 4 additional times before she responded and apologized for the delay and that they were still waiting on the car wash video. 2 months and waiting on video? I thought that was odd and so for the next 4 months I spent time emailing her twice per month and no response. I must have emailed at least 10 more times before Paula Mason from Circle K corporate responded with an auto-formatted message stating with no explanation of evidence, findings or facts denying my claim ON MAY 26, 2021. THAT IS 6 MONTHS! IT DOES NOT TAKE 6 MONTHS FOR VIDEO TO BECOME AVAILABLE AND THEN SEND ME SOME JUNK FORMATTED LETTER BRUSHING OFF MY CASE AFTER I HAVE BEEN CHASING RESOLUTION FOR 6 MONTHS! I am in the process of small claims court as we speak.
