Cosmo Nails

I have had both manicures and pedicures here. The quality is higher than other salons that I have tried, and the staff are friendly and professional.

I have gone to Cosmo Nails about 3-4 times in the past few months. They are always very nice and friendly. I love their luxury pedicure which is pure heaven! I love that they are local, remember me and do such a great job!

I've tried this salon a couple times. Mostly because it's in my neighborhood but also I was hopeful in giving them another chance. But every time I've gone, I've never been all that pleased especially my last experience. My daughter and I treated ourselves to a fun experience. Me a mani/pedi and my daughter a mani. My daughter's cuticles were cut and drew blood. The technician who did my pedi roughed up my feet and broke skin on the back of my heal and it started to bleed. She just said "oops, sorry!". It was only my daughter and I in the shop and they were speaking their native language and kept laughing. My eleven yr old later asked me if I thought they were talking about us and she admitted it made her feel uncomfortable.



I like this salon because it is local and clean.

I went to this place and got a pedicure. It was the best pedicure that i have had. When the woman explained the difference between the regular manicure and the luxury pedicure. I went for the luxury pedicure and it was only $10 more. THIS WAS THE BEST...I felt so pampered like i was at a SPA. WOOO!

Friendly staff, good service. My gel nails last 2 weeks - nice!

I recently visited Cosmo Nails with a scheduled appointment, my nail technician was rude and rushed through my appointment. I wanted a simple manicure and even brought by own polish but after just 10 minutes I was left with polish all over my skin, a chunky top coat covering my nails, and cracked hands due to no lotion being applied. Also, the technician was so harsh on my nails I was left with a ring of blood around the cuticle of my finger. I will never return and caution others to visit the store, I thought it helped having an appointment but I guess I was wrong.
