The people that have left all these crappy reviews on Yelp must be liars. If you look at the reviews on Google, its a night and day difference. It seems like Yelp is only used by losers who just want to complain because their lives suck. I truly don't believe anything they have to say and you shouldn't, either. I have been to the Richfield location five times and every single time I have gone, I have left happy. I am posting this review because the last time I went, I needed the phone number to make an appointment and saw the reviews these jerks had left. The last three times I went, most of the same employees were there and all of them were so very nice and friendly. I have taken my son and my daughter there before and I have also gone for myself. I have always been happy with the whole experience. Yes, Alex asked If I wanted the vision field test and when I said no, she left it alone. Oh my god, she is absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, I'm sure she is very aware of it. I had came in there with an old ratty tshirt and jeans, unshaven and hair a mess. I truly wish I hadn't after having seen her. (I promise, I clean up well.) Helen at the front desk was so sweet. I told her about the crappy reviews and she couldn't understand why those people had done that. She told me that just a few weeks ago, some gal had written a letter to the company about her amazing visit and that corporate is using that letter as an example for other stores. Way to go! Dr. Freeman had such an amazing personality and made me laugh. You could tell that she actually enjoyed her job. She smiled and laughed the whole time. What great energy! Bret and Wade were upfront and after having been there a few times, they felt like old buddies. At this point, I was in a good mood and they just made it even better. The whole experience was awesome. Thank you guys so much for a great deal and an even better attitude that made me leave there with a smile. You keep it up and don't let those jerks change that!
