Kwik Kar Of Mineral Wells

Had my parents Hyundai in for an oil change and tire rotation. They knocked the front end out of alignment so bad Ill have to take it to the dealer to repair. Previously they failed to replace bolts when performing an oil change on my car, also a Hyundai. Recent management changes have led to a total indifference when it comes to performing procedures correctly. I suggest you avoid this place until big changes are made and more competent personnel are located.

I was in Mineral Wells getting eye glasses at Adams Optical and asked where I could get an oil change and inspection on a Saturday. Seemed everyone was closed, then we found Kwik Kar. I was very impressed with the service, especially on a Saturday. In and out in no time and the service guys were great.
