Katie's Country Kitchen is a 24-hour restaurant located on the casino floor of the Carson Valley Inn. The restaurant features a garden atmosphere for local customers, hotel and RV guests and people just passing through. Its menu offers three-egg omelets, specialty salads, burgers, chicken breast sandwiches as well as Katie's four-course dinners that include the choice of soup or salad with dressing, vegetables and an option of French fries, mashed potatoes or a baked potato. Katie s can accommodate parties of up to 12 and reservations are not accepted. Katie's Country Kitchen is located in Minden, Nev.
