Poor Customer Service

Few things frustrate homeowners more than no-show contractors, right.... Called Absolute for a bid but was told that I could not make appointment and they would show when available. That was a week ago and cannot get them on the phone.

Called the owner to set up appointment, was told he could come by and give me an estimate on Thursday or Friday, told me he would call and let me know what time. Never bothered to call me back.
