Good place to eat but needs work on cs

I've ordered from this store numerous times never had a problem on this date I ordered a empress plate with pepper steak and shrimp fried rice the steak I got in a different container (paid for that) which wasn't a problem on my drive home I noticed the steaked had leaked out into the bag so I pulled over got it all together then I looked at the rice it wasn't done so I call the store to let them no I would be coming back which is a long way from home when I stay on 15th and tell them the guy on the phone says ok I come to give the rice back the girl in return gives me the same rice in a smaller container mind you I never ate any of it because it wasn't done then I ask for different rice in the same container I bought she gives me the same undone rice I tell her I don't want this same undone rice I would like to come another day when there's a different cook she's not hearing it so I just take the rice and gone across the street to mcdonalds now I've wasted my money on something I can't enjoy plus I've wasted time and gas and still I want be eating the rice I purchased bad costomer service VERY BAD !
