West Allis Full Service Car Wash

We have been getting our cars washed here for at least fifteen years because the cars get super clean inside and out, with no scratching or other issues. We usually get the manager's special or the deluxe wash, which includes some extra TLC beyond a cheapo standard wash. The staff is always friendly and polite. Facility isn't as updated as some of the automated washes around, but the cars definitely get much gentler treatment here than at one of those unattended carwashes. (For example, the car wash on National near Coffee Rd. is cheaper, but more than once it has malfunctioned, and then there's no one on site to help.)

Horrible place please people save ur money

Will never go here again!!! Brought my brand new vehicle to be washed here and their equipment scratched the paint down to the primer. There was also a hood plug missing where the scratches were. Brought the car back the next day and the owner John just said that something flew up from the road and hit it. All he had were excuses and swears that his equipment would never scratch a vehicle and because he's been doing this for years, it wasn't possible. I now have a brand new car with a heavily scratched hood and roof. This is completely unacceptable!!! I would give zero stars if I could!

Please don't go there! The service is horrible and the owners are thieves! You'll certainly pay for what you get but you won't get what you pay for! Their equipment is either cheap or antiquated and it broke the mirror off my car! Needless to say all I got was lip service from the owner and his dad! I used to go there long ago when it was Lorino's and it hasn't been the same placesince!!!

This was the absolute worst car wash. My husband and I took both of our SUVs to be wash here and they would have been cleaner if our 1 year old had done it! After spending almost $50 the outsides of the cars were still dirty, there were section of the interiors that had not even been touched and they only spent, literally, one minute on each vehicle. Before I drove off, I noticed that the front interior was still really dirty and asked that it be wiped down again. Once I got home, I realized both car's exteriors were still filthy! I call and spoke to the owner and expected him to say something like "I am sorry and if you come back, we would be happy to run it through the wash again." That is not at all what happened. He made 100 excuses and to why it was ok for the cars to still be dirty. This is my first time ever writting a review but I was so shocked at the lack of customer service that I could not let it go. I hope this place goes out of business and I would strongly recommend that no one waste thier money here.
