Paradise Memorial Funeral Home

Paradise Memorial Funeral Home provided a wonderful service to my family. My Aunt passed away and the entire staff was very compassionate. It was the first time that I ever made funeral arrangements and the funeral director made me feel at ease. She explained everything step-by-step. We we did the first viewing my Aunt look beautiful....just like she was sleeping. Her hair was perfect and she looked very natural.



I highly recommend Paradise Memorial Funeral Home to anyone that want to receive service with dignity and compassion.

This funeral home did an absolutely poor and unacceptable job in providing service to my family last year. They unapologetically did not use my mother's picture in preparing her hair for viewing. As a result, they styled her hair in a fashion that she never wore and when we complained about it at our first viewing, they were disrespectful and adamantly unrelenting about changing her hair. We ended up having to purchase a wig for her to wear for the funeral the following day, only to discover that they had put additional makeup on her face, including rouge, which she never wore. They were also very unprofessional in the funeral car procession going to the cemetary. The driver of one of the funeral cars got out of line and pulled to the side of the road behind another driver who had tried to cut the line off and loudly cursed him out, causing a scene and an embarassment to our family. When we asked for a refund for the some of the money to address the complaints that we had, they were argumentative and disrespectful. It has taken our family over a year to get over the fiasco that they created and we still don't like to think or talk about it. This is a place to avoid and I definitely do not recommend their services.
