This place took 2 hours to deliver. And once received my chicken philly that was.ordered without mushrooms due to my allergy, guess what had mushrooms! My husband called to complain and was told that their was nothing they could or would do. I told us to call the company who provides the online payments. (They refunded for sandwiche)... this is p*ss poor service. For someone with an allergy that could seriously kill them and the company wouldn't do sh*t. DO NOT GO HERE!

Bad service called in order had a gift certificate for NYPD. The lady on the phone said that it was for pick up only, placed order and went to my car to get my order. While on my way to get my order my phone rings and my order is at my office. I went back to my office to get my order, the driver said that he could not take the certificate. called the lady on the phone again said that was on my way there to get my order when i was called and told that my order was back at the office. She said that I needed to come to the restaurant for them to validate the gift card. All of that was fine if they would have listened in the first place that i was coming to pick up my order. I do not have time to make two trips to pick up a cold pizza. I will never order from here again!s

DONT ORDER FOOD HERE! First, delivery took almost two hours.All the food was cold. Not warm. Cold. We have ordered here twice, the first time we had minor problems (cold food etc.) but decided to give them another chance. We asked for the nacho cheese and meat on the side because they cover the chips and they become inedibly soggy and they ignored our request. We got an order of the sour cream and chive fries and received a different and terribly bad sauce the second time. We ordered the perch, which was incredibly fishy tasting, ice cold, soggy, and just downright bad. The pizza was also cold and had weird unappetizing flavors. We called back to let them know all of the problems and spoke to one women who told us she was getting the manager, only to be hung up on. Then we called back, asked to speak to the manager and she informed us that because HER EMPLOYEE hadnt written down our requests on the ticket, there was nothing she could do. Even after explaining ALL of the problems with the food, she refused to compensate anything. After I told her we would never eat here again and would be sure to tell our friends, she replied "okay." If youre looking for a place to go, dont go here, terrible service, bad food, inconsistent menu and a rude manager.

I must say maybe its better to miss this one, lets say its not exactly gourmet pizza. I would rather go somewhere else, pizza is dry and does not have that much taste. Before you open a restaurent you may want to hire a chef

Tired of 'chain store' pizza, I took a chance and ordered NYPD's pizza & parmesan breadsticks for our 'Take Your Kid to Work Day' event today. Thumbs up all around - adults and kids! The pizza was right on time, and hot and delicious. The breadsticks - parmesan style - hot, buttery (with dipping sauces!) and sooo good, too. I will definitely recommend them to all. We will be ordering all of our pizza from them. The price is right (they even have coupons that they apply right while placing your phone order!), the service is professional (driver called ahead to check address and alert us to arrival time), and the food is just really good. We were all very impressed. Can't wait to order from NYPD again. Looking forward to trying their other food, as well. TRY IT! YOU'LL LOVE IT!
