North Point Cleaners

The most awful place I've ever been! I sent in my winter laundry and it still has stains when I get it back. They said it's not guaranteed that clothes can be cleaned...why they opened a laundry place that could not clean clothes efficient. The wife was very rude too and refused to reimburse!

I was looking for a good dry cleaners to clean our 20 plus linen table cloths we use for our events. North Point Cleaners had a 5 star rating. I think I am generous giving them a two star rating. I have tried to get a hold of the contact name on their website and the person/lady who answers the phone does not understand English very well and today she hung up on me when I was asking when this contact person would be in next week. I am looking for another company to do long- term business with. I wonder how much businesses have been treated like I have this week...
