VERY DISAPOINTED W 2 Hot Fudge Sundae w nuts ... Used to be $1 menu ... price went up, and NOW you can't even fill the cup!!!!!!!!!! 1 1/2 inches From the brim ... WHAT DO YOU EVEN HAVE A DOMED COVER FOR?????? Person said it was the way they do it, and KELLY (? mgr.?) jjust about said "too bad" - That's the way we do it now!! :(

BS - I have never NEVER accepted a sundae that was that short!! ARE YOU INTO T-ING OFF THE CUSTOMERS NOW?? What does it cost you fo fill the cup? You are even charging more!!

Not the 1st time I have had a problem w an order!!!!

my husband and I went to grab something to eat after working all day. we met at this mcdonalds. Are visit started with waiting at the counter there were very few people behind the counter but in the dining area there were atleast 10 workers congregating and being exceptionally loud for a family type buisness. There was one worker sitting at a table with some loud very fowl mouthed teenagers on the phone, i am glad we didnt have the grandkids with us like we usually do! We ordered and gor are food, proceeded to get our drinks almost slipped due to the soda mess all over the floor, a employee who was just in the dining area with others and friends went to go get asoda and she almost slipped also i said it is pretty slippery isnt it and all she said was yes, then we left that area and went to go find a clean table which there wasnt so i went to the counter and asked for a rag so i could clean a table i belive it was a manager told a younger kid to go clean a table for this woman so the kid and came to the table and said where is it dirty i said all over you can see it. so with a little bit of a attitude he proceeded to clean it. It was so loud and disorderly in this mc donalds and it was mostly the workers and there guests. We did finish are food faster then normal so we could leave, as we left we encountered another area with spilled soda all over the floor by the garbage went to the counter again out of concern that someone could slip and fall and this could of been a child or even someone elderly so then the manager said ok thanks!
