Overall

First of all cynthia (a worker) told me I will be prego in a month cause I was talking to my boyfriend. Second off they got my order wrong 3 times!!! & everytime I went up they gave me attitudes! SO SICK OF THEM def changing mcdonalds

I ordered a big order and usually most places if you order to much it can be missing things. Not here I ordered 2 Big Mac meals 4 happy meals and 2 mcchickens 3 mcdoubles and 3 large shakes one of each and I got it all hot had to wait a little bit but that's ok when you order alot

Rude staff

I went in one night got a mc chicken with just mayo... Took one bite and knew instantly I had hair in it..opened it up and there were 2 straight dark black pieces of hair..none of my friends who were with me had black straight hair...I had instantly went to the counter and explained with a bit of frustration that this was wrong and wanted a new one..she looked in the back at the two boys preparing the food and said its not there's!?! She looked at where I was sitting with my friends and said must be one of your friends or something, she also said but I will give you another sand which..I told her that non of my friends have black hair, and that those 2 guys in the back have the hair that matches what was in my sand which...she said I was making a scene I was just trying to tell her she was wrong and that she knew that it was them...while I was talking to her about it I got a little loud and that it was their hair...the 2 boys in back started laughing ingot a little more pissed but didn't say nothing..So I left my mess on the table so they can clean it.. She was Soo rude and didn't give me no compassion, obviously doesn't take her job serious.. My friends were amazed on how she handled the situation..not all the detail but most..

Questionable Employees

Today, I stopped in for a cup of coffee. People form one line and when a register opens they say, "May I help the next person please." As I was waiting, I heard a man ask the girl in front of him( an employee on break) if there was one line. She responded"No two". Then when the next register opened, she stepped from behind me to that open position, thus bypassing me. I didn't say anything because I did not want to get her in trouble.



When I did get to the window, I ordered a cup of coffee. After waiting, the girl behind the counter placed a cup of coffee in front of the register next to me and went about her business. Two minutes later she returned, looked at me and said,"Your coffee is right there." It is usually customary to hand the order to the customer and say "Thank you." Not here. Just set it on the counter near by and walk away.

horrible manager jolene

I read a previous review about the manager jolene and the toys and today actually this manager gave me a HUGE attitude about an order that i had tried to make. I wanted a Mc.double with only onions lettuce pickles and mac sauce... So basically a big mac with smaller bun and less bread.... She got a huge attitude and said So you want a big mac... I said no i want a mc.double made like a big mac... you can charge me extra for the sauce and she said no we cant do that u need to get the big mac and we can take out the middle bun.... So you wont charge me extra for the sauce on the mc.double but you will make me pay more to order a big mac which i dont want with less bread.... yeah that is ridiculous not to mention i have been to PLENTY mcdonalds and they all make my order the way i want! Needless to say I left and went to the one on 6th and layton by the airport and they are VERY good!!!! and were a lot of help when i told them my story!

I was at the McDonalds on 27th...

I was at the McDonalds on 27th & Ramsey today thru the drivethru for an iced Mocha with nonfat milk. When they tried to hand it to me it was to light and coffeeish. The person at the window argues that he made it and thats how it is and I responded I buy them all the time (usually at a different McDonalds) and from experiance when they look like taht they are not made right and do not taste good.

I then waited by the door they brought out a new one which looked better but tasted watered down. I called and asked to speak with a manager and Jolene indicated she was the manager and they made it twice so if i want to come back they will give me a refund but wont replace it or send me a copon for my next visit. Since I was on break from work and this area was not close to my home or work I will have to waste gas and time to get my money back. I think this McDonalds is in need of new management if indeed Jolene is a manger you have lost me as a customer and word of mouth and the internet travels quickly. I'll go to 27th & coldsping or 26th and Morgan or even 6th & Oklahoma from now on.

Unpleasant Manager-Jolene

I was just at the Mc Donald's on 27th and Ramsey in Milwaukee with my Aunt and Grandson. Since my grandson received a happy meal, he was given the "toy" of a car with a package of "sides" which I assumed should snap on to the frame of the car. The sides would not snap on so I asked the girl at the counter if she could help me with the toy and she responded--"They don't train us to play with toys!' I said that I understood, however could she help me out with this merchandise. She told another girl to open another package and try it and the toy responded the same way as mine did. She took my toy and put it on the counter and snapped, "They don't train us to play with toys". I responded, and said, " I should hope not. However, I should think that they would know the types of toys and what they are all about." She again snapped, "They don't train us to play with toys". I asked her if I could speak with the manager and she answered, (imagine this---) "I am the manager!" and stormed away from me.



I would think that your employees and especially the manager would be able to be a little more helpful and insightful to their customers. After all, WE ARE THE REASON THEY ARE THERE!
