buyer beware their return policy is very bad...Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned.

I called to get some prices for a washer and dryer and whomever answered the phone was short, didn't give me a name or any name or the business's name and just said hello. When I asked who I was speaking with because I was unsure if it was a sales person or the receptionist or the right department she got an attitude with me and told me that there are only 2 people who worked there all day today so what did I want?! So my next response was an apology from me because she seemed angry and I said looks like we got off on the wrong foot and then she cut me off and said that's too bad rudely and then I kind of didn't know what to do from there so I just hung up. That situation was uncalled for so I just won't be doing business there. Why should I have to work with a negative individual or a person's bad day or whatever that was that I encountered, when another other business will treat me nicely with no issues or an attitude when I ask about their products.
