$200 less than the Safelite price. Very easy to schedule an appointment with and overall, really pleased with the outcome of my windshield.

The installer who gave us the initial quote was nice and seemed competent. Things went down hill when I wasn't given a day or timeframe for when the installer would return to fix our windows. I was called 30 minutes beforehand and only got the message when they had come and gone. I called on a later date to set up an appointment and a woman answered who said it was their policy to not work with people who weren't at home when they sent an installer twice. I couldn't remember the second attempt. She called me rude for asking for an explanation and for me explaining my understanding of the situation. I wouldn't recommend this place if you have to interface with this woman.

They were able to find a windshield, and get it in their warehoure within 16 hours... and over 100 dollars cheaper then everywhere else i called

I called Glass Pro Inc to have someone go to my business and see if they could fix my window that was cracked. They came to look at it the next day, which I was glad they could come out so soon. However I didn't hear back from them so after 6 days I called the office and a lady picked up. I asked her if there were any estimates or numbers so I would know how much it would cost me to replace my window or if they were even coming back to do it. She didn't see any numbers in my file but told me a gentleman might have something and would call me the next day. She took down my cell phone number and I waited for the call the next day. Four days later (and no return call or notice) they came into my business, replaced my window, and expected me to pay for it on the spot. It would have been nice to know how much I would be spending ahead of time and also to know when they would be coming in. They did a good job with replacing my window, however I would not recommend this company due to the lack of communication and professionalism.
