Becky's Custom Sewing & Design

I love Becky and her shop. She worked wonders with my wedding dress and may be a bit hard to get in touch with, but she is a bit older and will always call or email back. Do not expect her to do something tomorrow, but if you can contact her in a rush, she will make it happen. She was recommended to me and I recommend her to everyone I know looking for alterations, especially wedding and formal dresses.

Terrible customer service.. First time I called, I left a message - recieved no call back - so I tried again. She answered & I asked her about a dress I would like to have made & asked if I could email her the design so I could get a price quote. It has now been 3 days and no email back. She sound verry annoyed to speak with me. I had very high expectations because of other reviews & they were definately shot down.

Becky custom made all of my sister's bridesmaid dresses for her wedding and they were beautiful. When my wedding came around i brought my ideas to her and she created exactly what i had in mind. The dresses were beautiful, all custom fit and cheaper then they would have been off the rack! Two of my girls were pregnant at the time and she was able to wait to 2 weeks before the wedding for them to come in for their final fitting. She made matching groomsmen vests and ties. She also custom made the miniature bridesmaid dress to look exactly like my own dress. She was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend to anyone!!
