The estimator, Justin arrived promptly at 8:30am as scheduled. He was very knowledgeable about the prices and products available. He gave an excellent presentation. We signed a contract for a tub to walk in shower conversion. Our installation date wound up to be August 18 at 8:30am. The installers, Stanley and his partner also arrived promptly at 8:30am as scheduled. From the very beginning they were careful to cover the floors and anything else in the bathroom that would become covered with dust. They worked very well together and completed the job the fallowing day at around 11am. The installation was outstanding with perfect fit and finish. The caulking around all seams was most impressive. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of workmanship of Stan and his partner. I would recommend Bath Planet as we also have a friend that had the same conversion done a couple of years ago and was also very satisfied. Our experience with Bath Planet was first rate.
