Bowersox Truck Repair

I called Bowersox from alongside the road because my car broke down in 95 degree heat and explained my situation and they were generous enough to come get my car, knowing I couldn't pay them until I got paid three days later. The guys in the shop were very sweet and asked if I definitely had a ride home before hanging up the phone with me. Mad respect Bowersox! You guys are lifesavers!

Very disappointed with the service, or lack of service I received from bowersox and the way they treated my truck. It was left outside, windows down, unlocked, in the rain. I have no way of knowing how long. They were allegedly waiting for parts that never appeared after a week. I never even received a phone call as to status. I would not recommend their shop for bicycle repair, let alone truck repair.
