Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car to go to Las Vegas for New Years. I did the special for $9.99 a day which was amazing. Unfortunately it was limited on miles so my husband asked the guy Jeffery what it would cost for unlimited miles. He said $15 extra a day, which is $24.99. I thought I might have the car an extra day so I asked if by chance we don't get back in time what's the cost for an extra day? $35.00 Jeffery said. Okay not a problem. He gave me his card and asked I call him if that was going to be the case.

Oh I forgot to say that when we got here they couldn't find a car for us so they started going through a drawer full of keys unlabeled pressing buttons to see which car they go to then said oh here's one! We're going to up grade you for free! I thought okay great since you can't figure out what car is what anyways. (Not a good impression at all)

Back to my story, I call the day of drop off and spoke to a lady and was told Jeffery was with a client. I told her I was still on 101 and wouldn't make it in time so I'd have the car for that extra day. No problem she said just have it here by 2 pm tomorrow. Well when I returned the car I was charged $35.00 each day instead of $24.99 for the first 4 days and $35.00 for the extra day. So my total with taxes and some stupid licence fee was $195.00.

I feel completely ripped off by them and feel as if they had to make up the "free" upgrade somehow and this is how they do it. Do go her unless you want hidden charges and unorganized staff. Yes nice but very very unorganized.
