KW Landscaping

The owner solicited us for a $16K concrete resealing job and the product immediately failed. The job was redone with the same results. Both parties agreed that the job was a total failure and reimbursement was warranted if another company performed the work and the results were acceptable. In agreement between KW Landscaping and myself, we had another company perform the work and we waited a full year to confirm the result When it came time to settle up, KW Landscaping claimed that he lived pay check to pay check and did not have the money. Once I contacted him to write the check he told me to take him to court or get a mediator. The workmanship was never disputed. He claims that he didn't have the money and now placed the burden on me to take him to court to get reimbursed.
