Slum lords. Live on top floor.Water pouring thru vent and light when it rains. Switch for same light broken. Have to screw bulb to turn off and on. Steps rotted and pulling away from wall.
Came home on Sept 1st to find Sheriff's sale notice on wall for Sept 27th. And they accepted $$$from tenants who moved in on previous day knowing full well because they didn't pay $17,000.00 in taxes they were loosing this property. That I think is theft. SCAM ARTISTS. How many others are they loosing. How many tenants have they let spend money to move to their properties only to have to move out.

Slumlord! OWNED my own home for 25 years. These people rent to the WORST of the WORST! Year after year. Last week was threatened with a knife from one tenant. Tonight AND last week 1AM woken up by blaring car horn.

Sorry cant give a negative review! Do us all a favor and sell the piece of crap!
