Reasonable apartments for college students with an administration and HQ company called Leland Enterprises (LEI) that are dismal at best. Our son and his roommates were left out in the cold after a water leak in the refrigerator left the apartment uninhabitable. A week later they still could not move back in. When we met with the manager he said they would not do anything, we asked for the management company name or owners, quote "You figure it out". We did but unfortunately they have the same lack of professionalism, they use Georgia's lack of renters rights and students naivete to take advantage of their renters. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional apartment complex.
