Ana is very knowledgeable and has excellent time management skills. During her time with us, she re-organized our entire office from the Kitchen pantry to the filing system. She helped create an HR system for our small office by creating New Hire packets, an employee handbook, exit interview packets and performance management reviews. She is also very detail oriented and was able to pull off an off-site comprised of executives, sales associates, vendors and analysts. From start to finish, selecting a venue, securing rooms, conference room arrangement, meals, and agendas, along with evening events.
