Yesterday, 1/19/16, at about 1 PM was greeted by a new cashier that I never met before at Long's at Mililani Mauka Her name is Tracey B. This young lady has the greatest Charisma in all the Long's I ever visited. I was overwhelmed by her heartwarming smile and her sincere words of greeting. She appeared very happy to be serving her customers. Too bad I can't say the same for all the associates there. Management should take note of her performance and train others accordingly. Observed her greeting other customers near her station with her warm smile even though they were not seeking her service.

She communicates well. Although my hearing and my mind slowed down due to advanced aging, I could understand her perfectly. She is an asset to your store as well to our community.
