        They have a I dont care about the customer attituded. Nor do they know the policy fine lines. If fact they dont even know the companies they sell insurance for. It is a very sad day when the consumer gets charged for the carriers neglect to inform you the consumer. There reponce is " What do you want me to do about it...I didnt know either "
