China House

This place deserves zero starts. They didn't get my order right and when I called to complain they said that everything was in the bag. I know that it wasn't. Glad that I paid with a card so that I can cancel the payment. Never going to order from them again.

I normally love China house, good food, decent prices. I called today for a delivery, in which I was greeted with the worst customer service ever. "Hello" is how they answered the phone, I had to ask to verify it was China House. After placing my order, the lady told me it'd be an extra fifteen dollars for delivery, which is more than twice the price of the meal I was getting in the first place. Bad customer service, terrible price.

This is a great place to dine or take out. The food is really good and the service also. I like the knowing that the food is always good.

There's no doubt the food is not good and the portions are large. But they are extremly rude. I can't count how many times we've called for delivery and they couldn't understand what we wanted and were HUNG UP on! I couldn't believe it! This happened again tonight10-28-10 so I called back bc she yelled what is your number and I gave her my cell and then she said caller I'd says this and I said yes that number as well and she hung up on me. Never asked is that it, how will u pay. So I called back a man answered absolutley no English then he put his delivery guy on who spoke English ( young white male) and appologized and he agreed they were rude!!!

we went to China House two days ago.. And got a take out order.. We loved everything and the price was very afforable.. I would recommend CHina House...
