We saw it, then called you and were so fast to get back to us and we were able to get everything else together either by phone or email and as busy as our schedules are , we really appreciate that. Everything was ready at pick up and your service guy was great in going over our entire trailer with us even though we have had one before. Thank you Hitch RV.

They went well above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were ready to go on our first trip with our new camper. To fix an issue we had with the heater in a small time frame and made sure we had it back to leave was just well above and beyond. We are very happy to have purchased from them and would recommend them to others.

Thank you for finally getting my broken window replaced. It may have taken a while but in the end it's done and that's what I call great customer service! I will and I have since purchasing my park model from Hitch RV, recommend you to my friends looking to purchase one.

We had been searching all over and online for two years for what we wanted or what we thought we did. We had no idea we were close to finding our first RV until Dave showed us the Sunset Trail 270BH. We fell in love with right away, but were still torn between that and the bullet 272, until we walked back into the Sunset Trail then it was a no brainier.
