Tengda Asian Bistro & Hibachi

Cool place nice Sushi Bar although I did not sit at the bar I made a trip to watch and take a look. The Service and our food was excellent!

What is the difference of being new... or being a regular? You are treated the same either case with a greeting and offered the specials of the day. I usually sit at the sushi bar where there are four chefs to tend to your needs. When your plate is done.. it is filled. When you glass needs filling it is filled. You tell them what you like and don't like.. and it is off to the races. Nice selection of sake too

Well, I have to say that I was disappointed to say the least. I have to admit the food was GREAT, but the service, not even close. If you are paying those kinds of prices for the meals, you expect SOME kind of decent service correct? Well, not here! You can tell that the entire staff has no organization. When we first came in to sit down, they seemed confused, such as who was going to seat us, give us the menu and even where we were going to sit (we had a reservation). The waitress: 1. forgot the fried rice of the couple sitting with us, 2. forgot one of our salads, 3. forgot a drink, 4. never put a candle in the dessert (it was one of our birthday's and they told the waitress 3 different times to put a candle in it). Not onlly that, but at the end of the meal, she came over like 5 times to ask us if we were ready to order dessert yet. If you need to ask us 5 times, then NO WE AREN'T READY! She was unattentive the entire time until we were ready for dessert? Really? Then as soon as we were done with dessert the check was hurried over to us. Were they rushing us out of there!? Yes as a matter of fact they were! Apparently they had a dinner reservation of 10+ people after us and needed our seats. They sat 3/4 of the party while the other people had to stand there while we were finishing up. Did we feel rush? A LITTLE BIT! We were only there for an hour. What were they expecting? You expect that from fast food restaurant or a franchise restaurant, but not this place. We weren't even out of chairs all the way until other people were sitting in them with our dirty dishes. Needless to say, we are never going back there again!
