        Spoke to a Jordan at 5:15am when my package was scanned as “arrived” at Milan Illinois and he was extremely helpful. Went and found my package and had it taken to will call so I could pick it up while I was on the phone. Jordan, if you read this, you are the reason I prefer UPS
