Welcome to The Cutter’s Edge, I've been a professional meat cutter for over 30 years. During that time I have seen many struggle to keep there knives sharp. So I decided to start The Cutter's Edge Professional Knife Sharpening Service. We opened our shop on January 01, 2012. Here at the Cutter’s Edge we specialize in the Convex Edge. This edge gives you superior strength and durability and will last 3 times longer than a conventional flat edge. It greatly reduces drag and fatigue and best of all, it increases precision and production! Since then we have expanded.
