Our first time at this restaurant was last Friday (1/13/12). We really enjoyed our meal! The Caprese salad was out of this world, we also had fried mozzarella sticks that were also excellent. My entree was the cheese ravioli, it was delicious! The garlic bread was to die for! Best I have had in Richmond (living here for 20 years now). We raved the whole way home! Wish we found it sooner!

horrible restaurant. Looks nice but the food is terrible. I ordered spinach pasta with prosciutto but the meat was extremely fatty and the pasta had no taste. My mother ordered an 8.00 salad that came with chopped lettuce only and none of the ingredients listed in the menu. Worst of all my husband found a long black hair in his Veal marsala and when we informed the waiter he sent the woman over who owns the restaurant. My mother and I have short blond hair and my husband has a crew cut. The owner leaned over the table and said " We have no one in our kitchen with back hair and I have no idea where this came from...ya know things like this just happen." She made excuse after excuse and then offered us free dessert which we turned down. Keep in mind the owner had long black hair and I personally saw her go in and out of the kitchen numerous times. We never asked for anything free and she just went on and on that the hair could not have come from the kitchen. Never again!

OMG, the Four Seasons pizza was out of this world. I have never tasted a pizza as delicious as this. I thought their White Pizza was the pizza to end all pizzas but I have found a new favorite. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

We've eaten at Palermo's twice and it was great both times. Good food, wonderful service, terrific atmosphere. We'll be back.

My family loved this restaurant. Nice atmosphere, good service and the food was fantastic. There is a family connection with Angelo's restaurant off Hull St. If you like it there, you'll also like Palermo's. We took our kids ages 5 and 7 and they enjoyed it as well. Casual enough to bring your kids, but also a nice place for date night. Great outdoor fire pit in the back for cocktails.

We ventured to this restaurant because it was convenient...and everyone in our party enjoys Italian food. The decor was attractive, the staff nice. We were immediately approached by a kind woman who said "welcome, this is my place!". But the food was probably one of the worse meals we have ever had. The first red flag was when the bread came out "shiney". They resembled store bought cresent rolls you buy in a can at your local grocery store, but then glazed with butter? Oil?. We ordered 5 different entrees, ranging from something off the special list (Rockfish) to 4 other standard Italian dishes (Eggplant, spagetti, scallops). The Rockfish was drowning in sauce in pieces and laying on top of overdone, most likely previously frozen vegetables. The spagetti sauce had to have been out of a jar...and bland, bland, bland! The vegetarian lasagna was in a white sauce and simply tasted "sour" (this was the oddest dish on our table). The scallops were still half frozen, and the size of nickels

Food was delish! Very nice decor and atmosphere as well! I went there for dinner with a friend and I had their Gapellini alla Vodka with fettucine in place of the gapellini, and I must say it was fabulous! The sauce wasn't overpowering, and light, but very flavorful. I'm very, very, very picky with any sauce that has tomatoes, especially vodka sauce, and just loved this dish! Definitely a good pick for Pasta a la Vodka lovers! My friend ordered a "Create Your Own" baked pasta dish with penne and meat sauce, and she loved this dish as well! We also ordered their Calamari as an appetizer, and loved it! Bigger than normal calamari pieces, and not overwhelming with the breading. I would definitely recommend this place to Italian lovers!

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. The prices were reasonable, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The white pizza was the best I have ever eaten. I hope to go back very soon.

Brand new. Great atmosphere, food and service. Sicilian food, pasta, seafood, veal, beef and pork as well as pizzas. We had a marvelous time and will return. Next time we will have cocktails on the patio by the fire pit.
