Alex misquoted the estimate and some minor additional work was required resulting in a $300 supplement that was instantly approved by the insurance company. He kept me guessing about when the truck would be finished, would not return my calls and was very hard to get a hold of while the truck was in the shop. The body shop kept my truck for an extra two weeks for $300 worth of extra labor??? After that, when repairs were completed they had charged an extra 6 hours of labor for work that was absolutely not performed or necessary.
