I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Crappy building, over priced, & the rude, always changing office staff don't know how to abide by TEXAS RENTER RIGHTS laws. Signing a lease for this place is basically the same as signing up to get screwed over. DON'T DO IT!

This place is a rip off lost our pet deposit, the staff are rude and the place is run down. 90% of the complex is dark at night so I don't feel safe walking around at night.

They took my whole 300 dollar deposit and they made up the charges. I would have put 0 stars if that was possible. I was always a good tenant payed my rent on time never complained. I moved out a month earlier than I was supposed to and I still payed for December, but they charged me for excess cleaning. I didn't even use their microwave and they charged me for appliance cleaning, cleaning, and carpet cleaning. I have worked at an apartment complex and I know this is way too much. They made all the charges add up to $300. There was over 15 charges and some of them had change and they are going to try to tell me they didn't fix that where it exactly added it up. No ma'am I don't think so. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I also had work orders in to get fixed that they just decided to never fixed and also when i first moved in it was 80 degrees plus and the air conditioner went out and I had to go without air for 4 days.
