        I had to reach out to Dana Engelstad, in connection with one of our client's tax returns. The response I received from Dana was the most unprofessional, unethical and racist email that I have ever received in my twenty six years banking career. Please see below:
        "I keep getting this CRAP from you. Get out of the dark and send me a cogent communication IN ENGLISH." He is in fact a SHAME for the company, Johnson Miller. If anybody wants to review the email, please contact me. The email speaks a volume about the company, what kind of people they hire and the service the company provides.
