Agri-Empresa is a manufacturer, packager and distributor of chemicals used in oil field and industrial applications. Products are shipped into Texas via rail and truck. Agri-Empresa then packages these products into different size bags. The company operates a lost circulation material plant. This process involves grinding, sizing, blending and packaging an array of LCM products. The company is a distributor of many specialty chemicals used in the oilfield, and performs warehousing and handling for specialty chemical and proppant companies. Through these various operations, Agri-Empresa provides more than 140 oilfield chemicals from one source. To satisfy its customers' needs, the company maintains an average of 2 million in inventory. Its volume and packaging services enable it to pass purchasing economics through to its customers and allows customers to purchase only their required amounts. Agri-Empresa is headquartered in Midland, Texas, with five branch locations in Abilene, Jacksboro and Houston, Texas; and in Carlsbad and Hobbs, N.M.
