Showed up fast and towed me to dealer. Felt very comfortable with them.

My car engine dies at a busy intersection. (Illinois and Andrews Hwy). I google towing and call Action. The lady dispatcher says it will be 45 -60 minutes. I look up the number of the next towing company (B & B). Before i can call B & B a cop (super helpful guy) pulls up behind me. I tell him I called Action. Cop says, "I'll call them and they'll get here faster." Cop calls them. Cop and helpful bystander push my car into nearby CVS parking lot. 30 minutes later Action shows up and the driver says that will be $170. I say, that's kinda high for a short tow in town. He says it would be $105 if you had called, but the cop called so it's $170. I told him I did call, but dispatch says they have no record of my call. So pay $170. Now.

I said, "you can go." I'll call B & B. $80. Done.

I called Action Wreckers on a Tuesday evening at 7:44PM. They told me it would be 45 minutes to pick up my car which had broken down on Loop 250.

At 8:31PM I called them again and was told it would be 15 minutes.

I called at 8:49PM and was told that they would be there sometime, they worked for the police too, and were always on call.

I took it to mean I was nothing and cancelled my tow.

Crashmasters were there 20 minutes later, from Odessa.

Non-professional, non-businesslike, and non-caring. Don't call Action Wreckers if you value your time because they don't.

I needed a tow to move my truck within the city. When I called they said I was looking at an hour wait, however they showed in like 20 minutes. The man that came was friendly and took care of busy. I would definitely recommend them.

Do not waste your time with this company. We called Action Wrecker and asked them to tow a student that was parked in our member's parking. We were told we had to have permission from the school, which is a bold face lie. Upon speaking to the police we were informed that was not true. These people should change their name to "No Action Wrecker"...they are so full of it.
