Bad rental experience. Charged me for a broken windshield that was broke when I picked up late at night. Poor girl in office was no help and was not allowed to put me in contact with manager. Never been treated like this from a rental car vendor before. Will never rent from them again

Worst experience I've ever had renting a car. They continued to charge me fees after the car was paid for. When I called, the people were rude and very unhelpful. I would never rent from this company (Avis car rental at harrisburg international airport and all other sites they own) again. I encourage people to look elsewhere.
